mmbyrakesh is operated by Rakesh Sah (bharatdevtool.com). We provide remote trading tool setup services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

When you create an account or book a session, we collect:

• Name — to address you correctly.
• Email address — for account creation, booking confirmations, and session reminders.
• Phone number — for session coordination (optional).
• Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI details on our servers.
• Booking history — slots booked, session status, add-ons selected.

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Confirm and schedule your booking.
• Send booking confirmations and session reminders via email.
• Process payments and issue refunds.
• Improve our service based on usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with email-based login.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We only receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID — no sensitive card or UPI data is stored on our systems.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. Analytics (if enabled) use Google Analytics in anonymised mode.

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
