Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident booking with us. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for cancelled or undelivered sessions.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your booking at any time before your scheduled slot. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:

Service Not Delivered

If we are unable to deliver the session due to reasons on our end (e.g., technical failure, provider unavailability), you will receive a 100% refund or, at your preference, a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

To cancel your booking and request a refund:

  1. Log in to your account at mmbyrakesh.com.
  2. Navigate to your booking and click "Cancel Booking".
  3. Alternatively, email us at mmbyrakesh@gmail.com with your booking ID and reason.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card or UPI). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Razorpay (our payment processor) handles all refund transactions. You may receive a confirmation email from Razorpay once the refund is initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows without prior notice.
  • Sessions completed successfully — the setup was delivered as described.
  • Cancellations requested after the session has started.
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (TradingView, Zerodha, Groww, Claude AI) outside our control.
