Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mmbyrakesh ("we", "us", "our") and the booking of our remote setup services. By booking a session, you agree to these terms in full.

Our service involves a remote, one-time setup of Claude AI, TradingView MCP integration, and an Indian trading platform (Zerodha or Groww) on your device. The setup is delivered live via a scheduled video/screen-sharing session.

All bookings are made online through our platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if we are unable to deliver the service for any reason on our end.

Sessions are conducted remotely via screen sharing. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a compatible device (Windows, macOS, or Linux) at the time of your scheduled session.

We will make every reasonable effort to complete the full setup within the booked session window. If a session is incomplete due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If incomplete due to circumstances on your end (unstable connection, incompatible device, etc.), a rescheduling fee may apply.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Cancellations made 5 or more hours before the scheduled slot receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 5 hours of the slot may receive a partial refund of 70–80% of the amount paid.
• No-shows (failure to join the session without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.
• Be present and ready at the start of your scheduled slot.
• Have the required accounts (TradingView, Zerodha/Groww, Claude AI) created prior to the session, or be prepared to create them during the session.
• Not share session access or recordings without our explicit consent.

All configurations, scripts, and setup guides shared during the session are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without prior written permission.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the integrations set up during your session.

We do not provide financial advice. The tools configured during the session are for informational and automation purposes only. Trading involves significant risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
